Our lead times vary by product size and shop queue. Slabs tables and barrel saunas generally require 6–8 weeks, which covers final hand-selection of lumber, dry kiln checks, assembly, and multi-layered finishes. End-grain cutting boards are typically dispatched within 1–2 weeks, unless custom engraving is requested.

For dining tables and saunas, we custom-build heavy-duty wooden crates and ship them via freight carriers with liftgate trucks. All freight shipments are fully insured and trackable. We also offer regional White Glove delivery and setup within a 200-mile radius of Bend, Oregon, which includes inside placement, leg assembly, and packing disposal.

Our tables are finished with premium hardwax oils which seal the wood grain but allow the natural textures to breathe. For daily care, wipe with a soft cloth slightly dampened with lukewarm water and a drop of pH-neutral soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, glass cleaners, or abrasive pads. We recommend reapplying wood maintenance oil once every 12–18 months to replenish the moisture seal.
